As a former emergency medicine physician, her expertise and training have created the perfect skill set for a cosmetic surgeon where patient security and satisfaction are paramount. All of the procedures at Opulence are done with local as opposed to general anesthesia, focusing on the specific area to provide a more secure and less complicated way to achieve each client’s beauty needs.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, she later went on to receive her Medical Degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, graduating with honors. Experienced in both traditional and emergency medicine, she adds to her expertise by keeping abreast of the latest and most effective trends, products and procedures in the aesthetic industry.

As a former print, commercial and runway model, Dr. Dodds has a true understanding of putting forth the best image, no matter what your profession. Often called upon for her expertise, she has been featured on CBS Radio, “Atlanta & Company” –WXIA (NBC Affiliate) and has chaired sections of the National Medical Association, and has also lectured internationally.

Dr. Dodds was raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and was named “Who’s Who in America” while in high school, college and medical school. Like most modern women, she is multi-talented with training in classical ballet and performing arts and counts interior decorating as one of her favorite hobbies.

Dr. Nedra Dodds is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, married and mother of three.

After graduating from Morris Brown College in Atlanta, she began medical school in San Francisco. Unfortunately, her education was cut short because her mother became ill with breast cancer. After one year of medical school, she went back home, making her mother her primary concern.

After her mom passed away, she was left in charge of raising her sisters. Taking odd jobs, and at one time making only .75 cents an hour, she managed the best way she could to make ends meet.

Though it was difficult, Dr. D’Hue persevered, never giving up on her goal of becoming a physician. After being out of school for two years, she pressed on, eventually becoming the second African American woman to be accepted into Emory University School of Medicine. In addition, she was the first female African American dermatologist in the state of Georgia.

Matthew Loney is the President of Stevi B’s Pizza. Loney, 31, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s corporate operations and franchise sales and support programs.

Immediately prior to joining Stevi B’s, Mr. Loney was vice president and general counsel for Mellow Mushroom, an Atlanta-based casual dine-in pizza chain with more than 90 units. His past professional experience also includes practicing law at the Atlanta-based firm of Alston & Bird where he served clients operating in the franchise industry. Directly after law school, Loney practiced with an international law firm in Phoenix, Arizona.
